Shipping Fees and Delivery Times

All training services are provided on the dates indicated in the registration form on this website. Cleopatra Enterprise holds the rights to change the dates of the training services at any time, informing participants with a minimum 2-weeks’ notice.

Incorrect Orders

Every so often mistakes do happen, but we do our best to fix them and correct any issues you may have. If you have noticed that we have made a mistake with your order, please contact us on (+31) 78 620 09 10 or email us at secretariaat@cleopatraenterprise.com and we will look into it. Please include your order reference at all times when e-mailing customer services.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges for training courses are 10 % following confirmation of order, 50 % within 2 weeks of course start and 100% within 2 working days of course start.

Following the formal receipt of your cancellation, we will initiate the refunding of your payment. This can take up to 30 working days for the funds to appear back in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer.
